Esta política explica qué datos usan el sitio web de Crave Games (crave-games.com), su newsletter y el juego FOLD.
Sitio web y newsletter
Qué datos recopilamos en el sitio
El sitio crave-games.com no tiene cuentas de usuario ni publicidad. El único dato personal que pedimos es tu dirección de email, solo si decidís suscribirte al newsletter. El sitio se aloja en Cloudflare, que puede registrar datos técnicos (como la dirección IP) para funcionar y protegerlo.
Newsletter
Si te suscribís, usamos tu email únicamente para enviarte novedades de Crave Games: juegos nuevos, actualizaciones de FOLD y avances de la Membership. Para eso usamos Brevo, un proveedor de envío de mails, que guarda tu email en nuestra lista. Te enviamos un mail de confirmación y solo te agregamos a la lista cuando hacés clic en el enlace. No vendemos ni cedemos tu email a terceros.
Darte de baja y borrar tus datos
Cada mail trae un enlace para darte de baja cuando quieras. También podés pedirnos que borremos tu email escribiendo a contact@crave-games.com. Conservamos tu email hasta que te des de baja.
Juego FOLD
Datos que recopila FOLD
Ninguno. FOLD no recopila, almacena en servidores ni comparte datos personales. No pide registro, no tiene cuentas, no muestra publicidad, no incluye herramientas de análisis ni de terceros y no necesita conexión a Internet para funcionar.
Datos guardados en tu dispositivo
El juego guarda localmente, en tu propio dispositivo, tu progreso, tus puntuaciones, tus estrellas y tus ajustes (idioma, sonido). En la versión web se guardan en el almacenamiento del navegador. Esa información no sale del dispositivo y se elimina al borrar los datos de la app o del navegador, o al desinstalarla.
Permisos
La app para Android puede usar el permiso de vibración para dar respuesta táctil. No accede a tu ubicación, contactos, cámara, micrófono, almacenamiento ni identificadores del dispositivo.
Plataformas de distribución
Si jugás o descargás FOLD desde una tienda o desde itch.io, esa plataforma puede tratar tus datos según su propia política de privacidad. Crave Games no recibe esa información.
General
Menores
FOLD no obtiene información personal de ningún usuario, incluidos los menores. El newsletter está pensado para personas mayores de edad o con autorización de su madre, padre o tutor.

Website and newsletter
What data we collect on the site
The crave-games.com website has no user accounts and no ads. The only personal data we ask for is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log technical data (such as the IP address) to run and protect the site.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your email only to send you Crave Games news: new games, FOLD updates and Membership progress. We use Brevo, an email delivery provider, which stores your email in our list. We send you a confirmation email and only add you to the list once you click the link. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
Unsubscribing and deleting your data
Every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask us to delete your email by writing to contact@crave-games.com. We keep your email until you unsubscribe.
FOLD game
Data FOLD collects
None. FOLD does not collect, send to servers or share personal data. It has no sign-up, no accounts, no ads, no analytics or third-party SDKs, and it does not need an Internet connection to run.
Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress, scores, stars and settings (language, sound) locally on your own device. In the web version they are kept in the browser storage. This information never leaves the device and is removed when you clear the app or browser data, or uninstall the app.
Permissions
The Android app may use the vibration permission for haptic feedback. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage or device identifiers.
Distribution platforms
If you play or download FOLD from a store or from itch.io, that platform may process your data under its own privacy policy. Crave Games does not receive that information.
General
Children
FOLD does not obtain personal information from any user, including children. The newsletter is intended for adults or for minors with the permission of a parent or guardian.
